What this payment is
The ₹500 payment on Kerala PSC Prep is an optional, voluntary one-time contribution — a thank-you from students the site has helped. It is not a purchase of any content or features. Everything on the site is free for every signed-in user, and a contribution unlocks nothing extra.
Non-refundable once captured
Because a contribution is a voluntary thank-you and not a purchase of any gated content (nothing on the site is gated), it is non-refundable once captured. You are never paying for access, so there is nothing to "return".
Everything is already free
There is no need to evaluate the site before deciding to support it — the whole site is already free, so you can use all of it first. The following (and everything else) is accessible to every signed-in user without any payment:
- All full-length mock tests
- Topic quizzes across the full PSC syllabus
- Study notes covering the full PSC syllabus
- Daily practice quizzes and daily current affairs
- The personal dashboard and score tracking
Use the entire site for as long as you like, and only chip in ₹500 if and when you want to say thanks.
Exceptions
A refund will be considered only in the following situations:
- Double payment: If you accidentally contributed twice for the same account, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
- Payment without supporter status recorded: If you paid but your supporter status was not recorded within 24 hours despite providing your payment details to our support team, we will resolve it (recording your status, or refunding if you prefer).
- Unauthorised charge: If a payment was made from your account without your authorisation (subject to verification).
For any of the above, email hello@keralapscstudymaterialandexam.com with your transaction ID and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
